The Story!
The previous owner lived in LA and decided to make this a "fair weather" car and thusly blocked off the duct openings and did not run any ducts from the engine to the front. I plan on using the Bradley as a daily driver and need the heater, so I am running ducts. I am using 2" PVC with padded foil insulation over it. I will be using electric blower assistance (also care of my Baha). Since I only got two vents (defroster) with the car I needed to find covers for the floor vents. I found some black drain inlets a "Home Depot" which work well, but do not have any air flow control. I, therefore have put an airflow directing baffle inline (actually exhaust cutouts from JC Whitney) and eliminated any flow control at the vents themselves. The pictures show the empty channel before and the ducting in progress.
